Cancellations & Refunds
At D4D Software Private Limited, we understand that plans change. Here’s what you need to know about cancelling your service subscription or requesting a refund:
Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you’ll receive a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations are non-refundable, but your subscription will end at the end of the term.
Free Trials: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing.
We offer full refunds for:
- Technical issues preventing platform usage.
- Accidental purchases made within 24 hours.
- Unapproved price increases applied to existing subscriptions.
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after using the platform.
- Services used before cancellation.
- Payment issues due to incorrect billing information.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team through submission.
- Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund.
- Include your D4D Software Private Limited username and any relevant order details.
Our friendly support team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days or max 14 days to process depending on your payment method.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of our refund policy.
