Cancellations & Refunds
At D4D Software Private Limited, we understand that plans change. Here’s what you need to know about cancelling your service subscription or requesting a refund:


Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you’ll receive a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations are non-refundable, but your subscription will end at the end of the term.
Free Trials: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid automatic billing.

We offer full refunds for:

  • Technical issues preventing platform usage.
  • Accidental purchases made within 24 hours.
  • Unapproved price increases applied to existing subscriptions.

We cannot offer refunds for:

  •  Change of mind after using the platform.
  •  Services used before cancellation.
  •  Payment issues due to incorrect billing information.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited to the customer’s bank account.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team through submission.
  2. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Include your D4D Software Private Limited username and any relevant order details.

Our friendly support team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

Important notes:

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days or max 14 days to process depending on your payment method.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of our refund policy.
